Leadership Team

David Rioux

VP of Delivery

David has over 25 years of management and software consulting experience. He began his professional career at a healthcare manufacturer where he was Staff Accountant, then Accounting Manager/Financials Lead for their ERP implementation. He has since worked for various IT and management consulting companies, including Ernst & Young, and has served in a variety of delivery roles, including Business Analyst, Solutions Architect, Project Manager, Program Manager, Practice Director, and VP of Delivery. David graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a BBA in Accounting and is a licensed CPA in Texas.

His industry experience spans across various types of Manufacturing, Distributing, Engineering, Construction, Healthcare, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Restaurants, Telecommunications, Non-Profit, Music, Entertainment, Aerospace, Retail, and Education. His delivery experience encompasses over 100 projects across various software products, including Oracle Cloud Applications, Oracle E-Business Suite, Salesforce CRM, NetSuite, and Siebel CRM.

David’s extensive experience in business transformation and system implementations provides a foundation for consulting delivery excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, playing guitar, and serving at the church he attends.

Lee Spitzer

VP of Supply Chain

Lee has 15 years of software consulting experience specifically in the supply chain area. He began his professional career at a furniture manufacturer where he was a buyer, then transitioned to an internal subject matter expert as they deployed Oracle EBS.  Mr. Spitzer then moved into consulting and has spent the last 12 years in this role. He has delivered many extremely complex implementations that achieved efficiency improvement and a positive outcome with their project. Lee is one of the rare individuals that gives everything he has to his customers and focuses on delivering results.

His industry experience spans across various types of Manufacturing, Distributing, Healthcare, Utilities, and Oil & Gas. His delivery experience encompasses over 50 projects across Oracle Cloud Applications and Oracle E-Business Suite.

Lee’s hands on experience in improving processes and system implementations provides his customers with positive results. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching Tennessee football and learning about software development.

Rustin Andrews

Supply Chain Lead and Director of Support

Rustin started his career implementing Oracle with Arthur Anderson after being selected because of his performance at Texas Tech University and the time that he spent abroad learning about international business in Italy. He started implementing Oracle 15 years ago and he continues to deliver high quality results for our clients. Rustin is highly sought after because of his technical knowledge (MIS degree) and his deep functional depth in the supply chain and financial arenas.

Mr. Andrews has successfully taken a large number of clients live on Oracle’s Cloud and ERP offerings. He also spent time in the trenches supporting day to day activities and month end support for companies in the healthcare, manufacturing, and distribution industries. Because of Rustin’s implementation and support background, strong work ethic, and customer first focus, he is the perfect fit to help customers traverse from go-live to support to self-sufficiency. Rustin believes in building long term relationships with our clients, delivering high quality results, and serving clients like he would want to be served.

On a personal note Rustin grew up in the Four Corners area and enjoys working out, outdoor activities such hiking and camping, and hanging out with his two daughters. He has jumped out of an airplane, slept in a snow cave at -14 degree temperatures, and climbed eight of Colorado’s 18,000 foot peaks when he lived in Denver.

Tina Tai

Financials Lead & Director of Support

Tina has over six years of experience in Oracle Cloud applications consulting helping clients in all phases of project lifecycle from gap analysis, architecting solutions, implementing to managing and providing post production support. Her industry knowledge focuses on healthcare – in clinics, hospitals and payers. Tina has a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Washington.

Tina enjoys practicing yoga, working out, and most importantly, spending time with her husband.

Zubin Shah

Financials Lead & Director of Strategy & Operations

Zubin has worked in consulting for over 5 years with projects encompassing software implementations, business transformations, process improvement, change management, and financial reporting. He started his career at Lucidity Consulting Group working as a business consultant, primarily doing Oracle E-Business Suite implementations. After his time there, he went on to work at Perficient as a Senior Consultant, becoming the first billable resource in their newly created Oracle Cloud practice. Zubin then left to pursue a startup in the travel space while continuing to work in Oracle consulting independently, before coming on full-time with Travercent in 2018. He graduated from The University of Texas with majors in Finance and Spanish and a minor in Accounting.

Having led several Oracle life-cycle implementations as a techno-functional resource, Zubin has gained knowledge across a variety of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, finance, construction, and energy. His ability to transform complex ideas into robust solutions makes him an asset to any project. Zubin’s creative problem-solving skills and engaging personality have enabled him to make long lasting connections with clients over the years.

Outside of the office Zubin enjoys snowboarding, hiking, traveling, watching hockey and football, and catching live music whenever possible.

Lary Moseley

Regional Sales Manager for the East

Lary has over 20 years of sales and sales management experience with a focus on software, technology and technology services. He began his professional career at Morgan Stanley but quickly realized his passion had less to do with tick-and-tie and more with the impact of dash and dot.  He has since successfully supported, directly sold, or developed & managed teams selling Microsoft ERP applications, Dell Services & Qliktech Business Intelligence as well as managed sales efforts at several startups. Lary graduated with multiple degrees from the University of Texas after studying Electrical Engineering, Government & History.

He has experience across many industries including: Healthcare, Engineering/Construction, Oil & Gas, Software, Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing/Distribution & Business Services.  His software experience includes implementations of CRM (Siebel, Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM, ZOHO), EPM/BI (Hyperion, Business Objects, Qlikview, Tableau, Oracle Cloud Applications), ERP (Oracle Cloud, MS Dynamics) & HCM applications (Oracle Cloud, UltiPro, SuccessFactors).

Lary believes that time is the ultimate gift and outside of work he gives his to his family.

Chad Sells

Co-founder & VP Sales & Marketing

Chad is passionate about building lasting business relationships with his customers. He has 20 years of outside sales experience with 18 years dedicated to the software application and consulting industry. His background with complex sales environments is complimented by his focus on account management, business development, client services, marketing and sales operations. Chad graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business degree while working full time in outside sales.

His industry experience revolves around healthcare providers, payers, life sciences, professional services, hospitality, medical device organizations and various types of manufacturers and distributors.

Outside of work, he spends his time with his wife, two daughters, friends and extended family. His hobbies include the trials and tribulations of golf, hunting, fishing, skiing, and fitness. Chad and his family attend Preston Road Church of Christ in Dallas and he is the co-director of the Adley Taylor Sells Charitable Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to prevent premature birth and help people who are forced to deal with it.

Mike Feldman

Co-founder & Managing Member

Mike leverages over 25 years of software consulting and industry experience, helping client’s architect comprehensive solutions, which achieve a measurable return on investment. Mike started his career in-industry with Frito Lay, followed by prominent consulting companies such as Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and was a founder of Lucidity Consulting Group. Mike graduated from The University of Texas with a Masters in Accounting and Business Management.

Mike’s industry knowledge includes healthcare payers and providers, industrial manufacturing, wholesale distribution, professional services, consumer packaged goods, construction, energy and utilities. His software experience includes Oracle Cloud Applications, E-Business Suite, JD Edwards, Oracle CRM, Syteline, PowerPlan and Hyperion solutions.

The ability to blend functional, technical, and industrial skill sets make Mike a trusted advisor whom companies rely on to make long-term, critical decisions, directly impacting shareholder value.

Mike enjoys his time out of the office with his family, cycling, running and playing an occasional round of golf.
